Why is fitness important?

A recent picture of mine but still my overall health is still the same. Got back to the grind this week!

I know , I know.

It’s been too hectic of a few months, with all things happening at a fast pace and all at once.

Can I add pencil on top of my dry brush oil painting? Reason being it's easier to draw darker hair colour. Will pencil lead and oil paint interact and cause something horrible?

For overall well being of yourself - physically , mentally , spiritually.

As I mentioned. I have been really busy since months , I couldn’t follow my diet or exercise regime in a consistent manner which I like but still my body respected it and it still is the same with no side effects of sleepless nights, workload and personal obligations.

I’m back after a long hiatus.

That’s what fitness does to you!

But coming back to the question. I have always advocated to being active in any sphere - be it swimming , sports , yoga , gym or walk.

It keeps you so energised , keeps disease free, happy from within and so much more. The benefits outweigh the one hour sweat you give.

Will my parents go to hell if I don't wear hijab, they tried to convince me and they provided it to me but I don't want to wear it?
